Troop 89 holds several fundraisers throughout the year. All profits are used to fund the troop or individual scout accounts. Fundraising proceeds provide for all troop programs including summer camp camperships, rank and merit badge patches, monthly activities, camping equipment, etc.

Flower Sales

Our annual spring flowers sales fundraiser is an excellent opportunity for every scout to raise money to support their scouting activities. All profits from this sale go directly to the scout's troop account. There are half and full flats of annuals from asters to zinnias, as well as lovely hanging baskets and beautiful combo patio pots.

Pancake Breakfast

Each November the Boy Scouts together with the Cub Scouts host a pancake breakfast, featuring all you can eat pancakes and sausages. The boy scouts prepare and serve all the food and drinks, while the cub scouts set the tables. There is also a bake sale featuring homemade cookies, breads, and cakes.

Christmas Wreath Sales

The Boy Scouts sell Christmas wreaths and garland for the holiday season. The wreaths range from 24 to 72 inches. There are also premium wreaths and other holiday items. The wreaths are delivered right after Thanksgiving just in time for decorating.
